Some leading film-makers are creating films to change the way we see and/or think about other countries. Pangea day was created in order to bring the world together through film. Movie shorts will be shown across the world in different cities. It is a good idea but I don't see how the films can really have an impact on world peace...
This is one of the the films to be shown on Pangea Day, May 10th of this year.

I think the idea of Pangea day is a "nice" idea but I don't think its efforts will actually help world peace. The program may support world peace, but watching a French choir sing America's National Anthem does not create a change.
Like breagirl186 said.. The thought is "nice" but i must agree that a French choir singing our National Anthem wont make a difference. For change we must first look inward and solve the problems we have here.
Pangea day is really a good idea but good ideas dont change anything its the ones that are actually put into motion that will eventually make change. We need to deal with our problems first like steve099 has stated.
